1. Stock Ownership

All products supplied remain the property of Health Rebel until sold. The Seller does not own the stock at any point.

2. Commission

The Seller earns 35% of the retail selling price on all products sold. The remaining 65% is payable to Health Rebel.

3. Payment Terms

The Seller must settle all proceeds with Health Rebel by the last day of each calendar month. Payment must be made via EFT to the Health Rebel bank account provided upon agreement.

4. Selling Price

Products must be sold at the recommended retail price (RRP) set by Health Rebel. Discounting without written approval is not permitted.

5. Unsold Stock

Unsold stock must be returned to Health Rebel on request, in original, undamaged condition within 7 days of notice.

6. Damaged or Lost Stock

The Seller is responsible for any stock that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in their possession. The full RRP of such stock will be charged to the Seller.

7. Marketing

The Seller may not make false or misleading health claims about Health Rebel products. All marketing must align with Health Rebel's brand guidelines.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. All outstanding stock and payments must be settled upon termination.
